Twenty Sixteen was such an incredible year and one that I will remember forever. It began with the amazing news that my wife and I were expecting our first baby (Gulp. Time to grow up!). I’ve snuck a shot of the little man in at the end 🙂 Throw into the mix some outstanding weddings at some of the most awesome venues and you have all the makings of a belting year.
First things first, a MASSIVE thank you to all of my 2016 couples. Without you, this blog post would be rather short and boring. It has been an absolute honour to photograph the tears, laughter and awesomeness of your weddings this year. It’s only when looking back through all of this years weddings that I realised how awesome it’s been. I honestly consider myself to be so lucky to have such an amazing job.
Secondly, huge thank you’s go out to all of the amazing venues and suppliers that I have met along the way. I have been lucky enough to shoot at some fantastic venues in 2016, some three times!! And some I’ll be returning to again in 2017. I have put links to some of the amazing venues that I have had the pleasure of shooting at over the last year at the bottom of the post. Along with a video version of 2016’s highlights.
And thank you to the amazingly talented Ayesha Rahman and Toni Darcy for massively helping me out and keeping me sane at a couple of weddings around Kirsty’s due date. You guys rock!!
Enough waffling from me, here are some of my favourite photographs from my 2016 weddings:

Thank you for an amazing year. Here’s to 2017!
To finish off I just thought I’d pop one one more of my absolute favourite shots of 2016. My son, Bodhi 🙂
